My house dates from 1918, has multiple dormers, tricky roofline angles and is high enough that several roofers declined. But Kris came out immediately, gave me a very competitive price and I hired him on the spot. I've had many bad contractor experiences over the years and I am more than willing to talk to Kris's potential customers because of his attention to detail, commitment to fulfilling promises and quality of his work.

Arnold Co. did an outstanding job with our roof. They responded to our call within 24 hours and quickly put together an estimate outling all aspects of what we requested as well as several suggested improvements. The quality of their work and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We strongly recommend Arnold Co. to anyone needing roofing installation or improvements.

As an owner of multiple residential and commercial properties, I have worked with Arnold Co. for over 15 years. Kris and the whole team are very professional and deliver what is promised. In today's environment I find their reliability, fairness and most importantly their great communication a real asset. Imagine a contractor that starts a job on time and delivers what they promise!
Peter B., West Hartford, CT
While roofing is a messy job, Kris's crew always cleaned up after each day. I never found any remnants of old roofing nails etc. after the job was done. Kris told me exactly when they would start the job and when they would finish. There were no delays and the job was finished on schedule. I would recommend Arnold Company for anyone's roofing project!
